Original website work

The owner's original RabbitSoftware website code, original text, rabbit-mark.svg logo, new rabbit-web research Worker, and downloadable offline CLI code, documentation, and synthetic fixtures are licensed under the Universal Permissive License, Version 1.0 (UPL-1.0). Permission is granted subject to that license's complete terms, including its notice requirements and warranty disclaimer. No separate Larger Works list is designated for this website grant.

This notice and the linked complete UPL-1.0 terms accompany the website. This grant applies only to material the owner has the right to license. It does not claim ownership of third-party research, externally linked pages, user records, or AI-generated answers.

The same UPL-1.0 grant applies to original downloadable local-agent code, documentation, and synthetic fixtures. Europe PMC and Tavily services and their returned sources retain separate terms; no model weights are bundled.

Separate third-party terms

Llama model weights remain governed by Meta's Llama 3.2 Community License and Acceptable Use Policy, not UPL-1.0. Libraries, recovered third-party assets, and research sources retain their own terms. Provider service terms also apply to hosted tools.
